Tegan can stand by herself!

Yesterday, our brilliant, little star stood by herself several times! Here is a picture where she stands for a few seconds with her mommy's hands ready to catch her!

Looking back....

This is the first picture I took of Tegan. She was getting a full check up....measured and monitored, pricked and poked. I couldn't believe how big and pink she was, like a perfect baby doll. I immediately knick-named her 'Cheeks' because she was all cheeks, so kissable and pinchable! That day, December 29th, was one of the best days of my life and now each day is a happy day.

Tegan is 10 months old!

It is so hard to believe that our little darling is 10 months old! Every day is a new adventure, from watching her try new foods to watching her push buttons on her toys. She is a very curious child and she loves attention. She knows how to entertain an audience, she knows how to play the crowd with her adorableness! The happiness she has bought to this household is truly amazing.

Such talent at a young age. Not matter what, her stinker face is hysterical and I can't get enough of it!

Tegan is computer literate!

Even Tegan keeps up with technology, as she taps away on her laptop computer. Mommy sits at the dining room table with her laptop, so it's only fitting that Tegs sits in her highchair with hers. Hmmm, could there be a facebook page on the horizon?

It's so nice that Tegan can sit up by herself, now she can go to the store with us. We just pop her in the cart and strap her in. She loves shopping just like her mommy. For some reason, she always comes home with a toy when MomMom and PopPop take her out. That's one of the privileges of being a grandparent.

Yesterday, Tegan got four shots! Being the trooper that she is,
her mood was anything but cranky! She was her usual playful, curious self...in fact she discovered the trash can in the kitchen! I guess I will
have to purchase a baby/dog proof kitchen can and soon!

Thanks to Aunt Heather, Tegan can now eat Ritz crackers! Here's the little darling, munching a cracker at the Olive Garden, where she also enjoyed Chicken Gnocci soup and angel hair pasta. She was quite the little lady at lunch with Shannon and I!

She is now holding her hands up in the air when she wants to be picked up (awww, we say when she does this). On the down side, she is pulling hair at every opportunity. I tell her not to pull MomMom's hair because it may not grow back, but the more you tell her 'no'....
