Surrender

I am weary and heavy laden and stressed
I have come to you Lord for peace and rest
I lay before your feet, my worries and woes
I lay down my burdens for blessed repose
Not as an adult Lord, I come as a child
bearing a list of my needs that I've compiled
Without any pretense, I bare my sad soul
Here's where I'm at Lord, please take control
I surrender my pride and independence too
I come now as a babe, dependent on you

New foods

I am such a big boy, I am eating solid food for breakfast,
lunch and dinner now!












It sure does beat strained peas and oatmeal!













The world is my oyster now and I just grab the brass rings!














Who knows what wonderful foods there are that I have yet to try!













Perhaps I'll get steak and lobster soon~!
